Ultimate Angler Challenge fishing tournament.
Well our third event of the Ultimate Angler Challenge Series was a beautiful day and clear skies. Hill Lake definitely has some great fishing for many species. We launched out of both the DNR and the city park launches.
The winners were Gary Shofner and Neal Troumbly with a five species bag including pike, a limit of bluegills, largemouth bass, rock bass, and perch. Second place went to Pat Day and Autum Carlson with a 5 species bag including a 11 plus inch crappie, a perch, bluegills, rock bass, and a largemouth bass. Third place went to Timothy and Dylan Groupman with a nice three species bag.
Everyone was a great sport and had fun out fishing.
